While training for s half marathon I experienced sharp pain in my hip. I felt that it was the joint alignment and after 3 intense sessions My hip finally loosened up to adjust! I screamed with joy as as soon as I heard it I knew that is what it needed! Great Doc, dedicated to healing his patients, great and friendly staff throughout!

Jeff is a great doctor and very in tune with what hurts on my body. He takes time to find why things hurt and then readjusts things to help my body work the way it is supposed to work.

High Ankle Sprain- I suffered a high ankle sprain during football season and was told that I would be out of commission for 4-6 weeks. With the use of the K-Laser and high volt galvanic stim the swelling and bruising was gone by the third day. At two weeks I was able to tape my ankles and get back to competition, fully two or more weeks earlier than was projected.
I'm a recent patient at Lifeforce and I have to say I'd highly recommend them to anyone seeking a chiropractor in the Pittsburgh area. The staff is friendly and the doctor very informative and is evidently concerned about each of his patient's care.

Answer to my prayers!!!!
I was faced with the possibility of a series of steroid injections to my back to relieve chronic pain. I came to Lifeforce instead and after traction, adjustment, and fitting for orthotics I went from a pain level of 6-8 down to 1. Dr. Jeff and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. With their help my quality of life has improved immensely.
